Rahul Kaloti
Rahul loves throwing curve balls. Like when he decided to take up a job in advertising after completing his B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Mumbai in the mid-90s.
Before co-founding Open in 2011, he lead agency teams on a variety of national and international brands across categories. At Open, he mentors and guides clients to maximise the potential of their businesses. He believes that powerful brand idea is a form of energy - it moves business owners and the world and wants to build Open as an institution that excels at creating brand energy for businesses.

Mangesh Rane
Mangesh has been through the corridors of Enterprise, Trikaya, Contract, Rediffusion and Lemon and has been voted Designer of the Year for three consecutive years. He has won and been on the jury for numerous national and international awards and helped build brands such as Louis Phillipe, Shoppers Stop, Cadbury, Taj Hotels, ICICI Bank, and UB Group, among others.
He co-founded one of the most reputed art and culture magazines to come out of India - Gallerie. Mangesh believes almost everything in India, from cityscape, housing and education system to fashion, lifestyle and behaviour, needs design to evolve.

Asparsh Sinha
Asparsh believes that all new value gets created at cusps. He was drawn to advertising after studying software engineeringwhen he realised that the profession was the quintessential cusp discipline. In the one and a half decades of his career, he has helped brands such as Asian Paints, Cadbury, HSBC, Shoppers Stop, Tata Indicom, Marico, Godrej, GVK, and CRISIL make better sense of their space.
At Open, he is currently focused on designing a more robust practice of brand building. He sees brand as an operating system, and spends a lot of time exploring the intersection of business and design.
