The erstwhile Vito Actor came to us for a new identity to solidify their rich experience and strong market connect for growth-led hiring needs. We asked ourselves how can we distil the idea of a company that helps transform businesses, and pave the path for an individual. The result was a new name, Native, and an identity system and communication that demonstrated how at home they were in helping clients adapt and stay ahead of the constantly evolving corporate environment.
Native as a name is about those who know the lay of the land. For our identity development, we looked at the compass for our inspiration. A symbol for guidance, it provides a sense of safety and reliability – two very important qualities for those who are exploring new frontiers. Our logo is a word mark that hides the Moving Compass in plain sight, evoking a sense of delight especially when it comes alive in our visual system.

The name and the Needle come together to present Native as the guide who understands the lay of the land intimately. Transforming into a window, a compass or the pinnacle that one can reach, the needle creates a flexible and dynamic visual system that stretches from branding to communication with ease.
